The room was very clean. It was also quite spacious with a very comfortable bed. the location is great, with walking distance to the main attractions. i also found the street very quiet.

The welcome was fantastic thanks to friendly staff. The location proves quite advantageous, especially its proximity to the botanical gardens. The tram stop is conveniently located, great for direct access to the central station. I appreciated the hotel's location, near multiple parks.
The stairs felt steep. The climb was quite difficult.

the staff was very friendly and gave us good recommendations. the room was clean. the hotel was near the center, so it was really accommodating. i recommend it, we will definitely come back.
the stairs were way too steep, especially with luggage. also, i did not realize it was shared bathroom and toilet facilities! the room was rather small also.

the staff was friendly and offered free coffee. i was able to easily walk to the carre theatre in about ten minutes. centraal station was also accessible within a 15-minute walk from the hotel. i felt welcomed by the staff, they had a friendly demeanor.
the shower was small and lacked any storage or shelves for personal items. there were just a few hooks available. also, the staircase was steep.

i found the staff very supportive. they accommodated my early luggage drop off. the steep stairs were a challenge, but the bed was comfortable and clean! i really appreciated the convenient location and information provided by the staff.
the shared toilets were unexpected, i had not realized they were shared despite having a shower in the room. the staircase was a bit difficult with luggage, it was very steep.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Luggage storage both before and after checkout proved invaluable! The bathroom and shower were quite clean. I liked the room included a sink for my convenience! Access felt very secure with the ring doorbell system.
The walls seemed a little thin, so I could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.
